Jennifer is an active commercial real estate investor and property owner with a history of identifying lucrative investments and generating strong ROI. As owner and certified property manager of multifamily property, her demonstrated record includes leading advantageous improvement projects, building relationships with contractors and tenants and managing a multifamily property with high occupancy and low turnover. Her extensive knowledge and understanding in investment real estate, allows her to quickly evaluate investor’s needs in an investment property. Jennifer specializes in the Los Angeles area focusing on Hollywood, Koreatown, Los Feliz, Hancock Park, and Mid-Wilshire. In addition to her multifamily experience, she also provides loans to investors and invests in commercial and multifamily syndications.

Experience: Prior to joining The Azzi Group, she spent 17-years in media/tech industry and gained recognition as a top business development producer due to her strong work ethic and understanding of the sales process. She was able to seamlessly transition the skills and knowledge from her previous career to commercial real estate closing her first 50-unit multifamily building within six months of joining The Azzi Group. She is also a skilled negotiator who has experience closing deals with Fortune 500 companies.

Education: Jennifer is born and raised in Miami, Florida, a proud University of Miami alumni and was a member of the university’s cheerleading team during the football team’s most legendary years. A couple years after graduating college, Jennifer moved to Los Angeles for a media start-up and has called the city home since.

Personal Interests: Jennifer is actively engaged in a number of charitable causes throughout the Los Angeles community—previously serving as chairman for Junior League of Los Angeles and committee member for National Kidney Foundation—and ongoing support for organizations such as Concern Foundation Los Angeles.
