Kristen Sullivan

Kristen Sullivan is a Senior Associate on the Azzi Team at Marcus and Millichap in the Century City office.  She has been with the firm since 2019 and sold over $35 Million in 2023!

She specializes in multifamily investment sales and 1031 exchanges, with a focus on multifamily in the San Fernando Valley.  A 30-year resident of Los Angeles with experience buying and selling real estate, she has a deep understanding of local market values.  She provides undivided attention to every client and consistently surpasses their objectives.

Experience: Prior to joining The Azzi Group, she was self-employed as a Venture Capital investor, assessing valuations and funding start-up companies.  Prior to that she was Marketing Director for Sony Music, where she executed marketing campaigns for new music releases and film soundtracks.

Education: Kristen graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Marketing Major, and then continued on to earn her MBA.  She is presently in the Graduate School of Business at Pepperdine University, further her studies in Global Business.  She holds a State of California real estate license.

Personal Interests: Kristen has travelled extensively, having spent time in 55 countries, possessing a vast understanding of cultural complexities, differences in business practices around the globe, and the importance of synergy in global markets.  In 2011 she climbed to Base Camp on Mount Everest.  She is active in philanthropy and volunteering in the local community, and has been a member of The National Charity League for 15 years.  She is the mother of two children, a daughter who graduated Tulane University and a son at Boston College who is currently studying for one year at London School of Economics.

She spends as much time as possible spinning, weight training, skiing, and running with her Siberian Husky.
